All the achievements I have gathered were without any cheat of any sort.

It has thousands of trainers, it's constantly updated, you can control the trainer like normal or from your phone and no chance of malware.

If you want a trainer that is absolutely clean (some have virus's) you should download a program called WeMod. Cheat engine is great, you can quickly make your own trainer and it's simple to learn.
